Location, Hours, and Payment
I see clients via telehealth (online video) only. You will need a secure connection for the video platform during our sessions. I do not hold phone or in-person sessions.
Due to licensing regulations, you must be physically located in VA or DC during your therapy session.
I see clients during the following hours: Mondays 9am-11am, Tuesdays 8am-2pm, Wednesdays 9am-11am, and Thursdays 8am-2pm.
Payment is $210 per 50-minute session and is due at time of service. I accept check and credit card.
I reserve a limited number of slots in my caseload for reduced fee sessions, based on income. These are offered on a short-term basis, typically 12 sessions over the course of three months. Please inquire for more information.
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a monthly receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you plan to request reimbursement from your insurance company, please call them before our appointment to get information on reimbursement.
Here are some questions you might want to ask your insurance before you schedule:
What is my deductible when I see an out-of-network behavioral health provider?
Once that deductible is met, what percentage will insurance reimburse?
How many visits are allowed per calendar year?
Does my benefit vary if it is individual therapy versus family therapy?
